the only real way of getting rid of them mate is with a megs G220 polisher
and using megs 80# and 83# with a mixture of 6" buff/polish pads. you aint
got much hope/chance by hand and as said black hole is just a polish also use poorboys S S R 1 or for really bad swirls/scratches S S R 3
