The wheel still moves but its tight..i only noticed when i got home last night and was walking past the wheel and though hmm that was a nice warm breeze past my leg.Checked drum and it was roasting! Jacked the car up and the as i say the wheel rotates but you have to put some force into it as if hand brake is half on..?
