I think they are only allowing 24 on ps3 also which is annoying, im sure resistance 2 allowed 60 so its not like its un heard of on console.
well there was MAG as well which was 100 players on ps3 IIRC.
I think its because they don't want to favour ps3 over xbox and rile up the fanboys of each console so they will release near identical copies for each.
Been reading up on someone who has played it on ps3 and they said it is still very pretty visuals wise. He said aside from the jagged edge's of no AA the only major noticeable difference was the particle and smoke effects were very toned down.
I'm sure it will be a great game, just not a scratch on the pc version. Dice have said they are focusing their attentions to the pc version as the last time they did was BF2 which was a couple of years ago.
