all you need is a
t34.63 turbo with -31 actuator
siemens 55lbs injectors,
msd chip
decent clutch (ap 6 paddle)
Bailey breather setup
3 map bar sensor

everything else can be standard (engine wise) for budget build. 2 bar of boost should see 380hp and it will make an extreamly quick road car IMO. With the Siemens 55's you can run the turbo flat out without having to worry about maxing out the injectors

if you can stretch maybe a ab07 inlet cam, but that is optional
