There were two types of blocks available from cosworth, through Jeremy in their parts department

A fully lightened machined block for liners etc (this will not work unless you have all the WRC custom parts to go with it)

Or a green casted block which are unmachined

I waited for 6 months for cosworth to get their finger out until they sold all the stock to Burtons and within a month they were fully machined, I got the first one off them for a good discount as I'd been waiting months from Cosworth.

On a different matter

I actually set up the deal for ian howell and myself to get all the last focus WRC kit from Cosworth.

We went down together with a trailer to get all gear from Cosworth

Their were two brothers that bought all the first auction of Zetec WRC equipment which included alot of full engines, I did some trades with them on some gear I had on some WRC manifolds
