Hi guys, I've fitted my mtx but still having problems with gear change, box is all good but when changing reasonably fast it won't go into 4th or 2nd too well

1st, 3rd and fith is ok, do you think the rods need slitly adjusting?

Also the ball and socket joint at the bottomof the gear lever is quite worn, with these two fixed will it be better? Or other issues?!
