i'd recommend a FRS one, got the ATB diff in it, but you will need a new speedo (stack ones are only £180 :blub: ), then hydraulic clutch conversion, could be done relatively cheaply though. then there is the clutch, a focus rs setup would be alright with a 2.0 zetec flywheel (or focus rs cover, and cosworth 6paddle with the centre machined down a little)
that then just leaves driveshafts, sleeved are ok, work fine for Gary, or custom made ones i went for, cost me £160 for the shafts and a donor pair of 2.0 zetec shafts for cv's and intermediate shaft.
all in i think my setup cost me £1600 in all, that's:
FRS box £600-26k on it
FRS cable shifter with FRS knob £180
FRS master cylinder with hydraulic lines(free for helping get box out of car)
engine mount one standard the others were 316stainless tubing with poly bushes i knocked up circa £40
clutch £200
flywheel £40 brand new with new standard clutch setup
speedo £178 (also bought matching speedo too for £240)
shafts £220 (£160+£40 for mondeo ones+xr2 cv's that i had already (it's in an xr2), new boots £20)

little bits like wire for speedo, oil and welding wire/gas etc. for inner wing chop.

could be done cheaper though if you had time and access to machinery.
