Right, MTX have been brought up more than enough times now! But i couldn't find the answer to the questions i've got.
My cars been tucked up in the garage and im collecting parts for the next round of taking it to pieces.
Is there any way to fit an MTX without having to batter the inner wing? I remember seeing a white s2 at the pod last year with a 1600i (or s1 rst) ARB and the front gearbox mount was hung off this... IIRC it didn't look too pretty but it seemed to more than do the job!
Does any one have any pics? or the front and rear mount, im keen to to hack my inner wing about, at least not too much (i don't like the look of cutting the box section).
Second question.
Is there any way of keeping the equal length shafts with a cvh? If im getting shafts done then i may as well try and sort the equal length jobbies out, the centre bearing is it hung off the block or do people use a puma one on the chassis leg?
Third question (slightly unrealated)
I remember reading about a member using a zetec sump on their cvh... is this remotely doable? Predictable i have another sump leak

and if i can use a sump with the shaft mount on then it would be a winner.
