Basically if its a week where we are training biceps twice then the first bicep workout with shoulders will contain heavy compound movements such as barbells curls etc etc as the biceps will be relatively fresh.

The second bicep workout with back will contain lots of shaping/peak movements such as preacher curls, concentrations curls etc etc as the biceps will be pre-exhausted from the back workout.

Same the following week when its double triceps, Shoulders and tri's will have a lot of cable triceps movements etc & then the chest and tri workout will have some heavt tri movements like close grip bench and skull crushers etc etc
