I eat even more during the winter months!
Routine looks like this at the moment -
Mon - Shoulders and bi's or tri's (rotate bi's and tri's here weekly thus hitting them twice every other week)
Tues - Legs and calves
Weds - Rest
Thurs - Chest, tri's and calve's
Fri - Back and Bi's
Train weights in the evenings
and 45mins cardio done on my spin bike at home in the mornings.
What session you doing? I'm on at 10am
I like your routine training body pasrts twice per week,I may give it a go
