engines can fuck up if not used or run as gaskets can dry up and perrish

they can even seize up with there not being any oil passing through it

oil changes need doing on cars even if not used much as moisture can get in and fuck the oil with out even knowing it

its always a good idea to run a car up from time to time even if not driven
