No. It only confirms that this entire circuit is important and could cause it.
It still can be the sensor, the wiring or the ecu.
Can you locate the Intake Air sensor? Remove the plug and measure with ignition on.
One of the pins in the connector should have 5.0 volts on it. The other should have 0 ohms to ground.
Then measure resistance of the sensor. Depending on temperature expect something in the range 0.5K to 3.5K.
