I just can not think what else it can be (still learning)

So if anyone has a idea or has had this problem before any help will be appreciated thanks people.
Check the speed sensor for the ecu, NOT the speedo reading one, there is another sensor that tells the ecu the car is moving, and this affects the mixture slightly, meaning when you stop it knows and the engine idling fuelling is adjusted from that which it would be when coating and idling.
Also check for air leaks, spray cold start(diesel)spray, this is not wasted as it cleans the engine nicely as well, any change in note as it is sucked in will happen if a leak is sprayed, check by spraying along gaskets on inlet etc, and also clean the MAF with carb cleaner spray, NOT contact cleaner, shake dry and plug back in, then pull 2amp KAM fuse from fusebox for 2 minutes, this puts the ecu into learning mode when it will relearn the best settings for your engine, it may stall once or twice whilst this happens, but after about 10 miles is fully done.
If this fails get a CO check done at mot station, the lambda may be goosed.
