thanks fellas really appreciate the advice etc , i had a look last night and dicovered one of the fans is loose not attached just floating round , so its been vibrating and making horrible noise due to that no doubt , ive diconnected the one fan so it doesnt burst radiator. also discovered the housing the fans sit in has bolts missing from it which is also making a racket and vibrating me teeth out of me face,

are the fans easy enough to connect back on to motor and can it run one one fan for a few days , i will invest in a switch from msd defo
