iv found the problem it was the brake pad, it looked fine just looking at it yesterday but today a big chunk of pad fell of and it was grinding like hell, i got home to have a look and the steel part that the brake pad is fixed to was all twisted and a small amount off pad left in there causing it to sit all wrong thats how my peddle was going nuts,
