the engine looks good m8 but i have a few questions?????
1*are those vauhall 16v pistons or calibra turbo pistons?
Calibra turbo mate as im going to be running 20psi
2*are you making/using any adaptor plates to get the inlet to fit the 16v head and space the throttle body up as it dont look like you have them on by the photo?
its hard to see but there is a spacer plate there its very thin u dont need much
3*what management are you going to use?
Secs
4*how are you going to get around the throttle cable braket hitting the back of the head?
Havent thought about that yet not much of a issue
As you might gather by the questions i'm also looking in to making my own zetec turbo
only i'm thinking off keeping it 1.8 for ease and convenience and besides im only hoping to get 200bhp max if i'm really lucky (on a good day with the wind behind me
)
If it works out good in the end i might put a bit more money into it and go 2.1 in the end
