Does it do it at all when your stationary?, its really weird that the pedal is forced up when your reversing, perhaps there is a problem with you brake cross over bar. get someone to press the pedal very hard whilst you watch the assembly.
I wouldn't be driving it tbh mate until you have found the problem.

its a nightmare to find every time theres someone there with me to see whats going on it doesn't happen, i have had a look to see if any bolts are loose or things getting caught in the brake cross bar but it looks fine i havent had someone press the brake whilst i look yet so will do in the morning, it could be fine for 10 miles say then all of a suden it will happen, it one of those problems u cant show someone unless there when it happens, the worst type of problem
