Can somebody help please?

When it rains all windows steam up inside, when I try to de mist the windscreen nothing happens! The fans do work but dont seem to budge the mist also front heated windscreen doesn't do the job much either! Also water Is trickling in through blowers on centre console just below gear stick! Oh forgot to mention I have a mk6 rs2000! Cheers
