my first outing will be santa pod rwyb when i meet my mate and his brother there. havnt even tried the slicks yet i want a few more miles on the clutch first as it was virtually brand new when i bought the car.
on big drag slicks a guy twisted his prop clean in half on friday with only 650 odd bhp ! i may just run at pod on the 888s and launch at about 5k rpm slight slip, for serious drag racing i will need a one piece prop and a later bigger case diff, i can see no point in fitting 26" drag radials to do one run and break the prop/diff, i have hammered it loads of times now once rolling and drivetrain is fine its a question of how much do i want a 10second time slip ?
