Why would you think what he quoted is unrealistic? Welcome to the 21st century, like Paul RS Spares said, these cars aren't worth what they used to be. I of all people hate to admit it, but its true. Maybe sometime in future they will be again, but not while Diesels are more desirable for obvious economy reasons.
im not saying it as in i beleave it lol id be suprised if he got 2500-3000 for it
