to hold it down i use 'Para' or 'Through' Bolts, very good, just make sure you have tough good concrete.

quick guide, if your ramp has say 6 x 18mm holes to hold it down you need....

6 x M16 x 150-200 para bolts,
1 x 16mm SDS bit
1 x hammer Drill
1 x spirit level
24mm spanner,

some big washers or shims to plum it all up.
