Handbrake cable you need is an rs2000 type, burtons stock these for £20 www.burtonpower.co.uk

The calipers would work better if you switched them over. The way you have them the handbrake cable will be under the wishbone, its better ontop.

They will require taking off the hub with the disk still attached to bleed them properly.
