Hi Stu ,

- did the leak test with the compresor no leaks.
- got a in car gauge for the fuelling stands neatly on 3 bar on idle and goes up with the boost
- car has also the cloose loop from MSD and my AFR dances nicely so I assume over fuelling should not be the problem
- preload is of the 31 actuator is 5 mm and is a new one ( there is a connector piece from turbo housing to actuator with a open hole of 6 mm if I close it I only got 0.8 bar boost with hole open 1.3 bar)
- no amal valve is direct connected
- have to admit that the irridium sparkplugs are very black ( running group A coil )

ideas ... tried resetting actuator with more pre pressure but no effect .
