You need to see a specialist if you are thinking of paying £4.5k for a cat D RST.

But you should probably go and see the same specialist if you are still thinking of paying £4.5k for a non cat D RST.

In general 25% less for cat D.

Most RST are piles of utter crap these days so cat D or not its never going to be worth that sort of money.
