Guys......In need of some help here!

I am getting shocking MPG from my 2001 Focus 2.0 16v Zetec Estate.

Just had a complete service using Castrol Magnatec oil 5/30 fully synth, OE oil filter, OE air filter, Bosch Super 4 plugs, New HT leads, all breather pipes cleaned & MAF cleaned.

She has done just over 114,000 miles.

I am getting about 230-250 miles to a full tank (55 litres) I drive mostly in town but sometimes get on the B roads. I think 230 miles to 55 litres is mad considering I drive carefully......I was expecting another 100 miles at least on this, say 330-350 miles to a full tank of petrol. The mid section of the exhaust has a very minor blow but surely that would not cause me to use so my fuel.

Any help would be great as my pockets seem to be getting very empty!
