I'm back on after what seems like an eternity away....

I'm not going to go into any details as to what happened as its too personal as far as I'm concerened, but I'm glad to be up, out and about again after a real shitty week that I wish I could just forget about I'd just like to say thanks guys/gals for your texts, emails, voicemail, etc and also a big Thanks to my good old mate Diesel Dog who had it not been for him, I doubt if I'd be here today and I really mean that m8......
