B) steal someones pride and joy, slap in purchased S1 ID and bingo, free car.

I am sure 100% of people would be fuming if they bought an S1 and found out it was a 1.1l with a S1 id welded in it, or worse if they found out their £8k S1 minter was a ringer and promtly taken off them.
