looked into this. Now have contact with someone who can cnc me an adaptor plate to allow fitment to my zetec engine. They can also make me a flywheel to suit.
I can get the complete TT running gear quite cheap and will use the complete gear inc hubs. Getting shorter shafts/proper made is easy. Mounting the haldex unit will also be fairly straightforward due to the subframe. will be fairly simple. Only thing is the haldex controller. As my mk1 fiesta does not have abs,speed sensors blah blah i will not be able to use the standard controller. There are a couple of options. A manual valve ( like a bleed valve) which seems dodgy to me...and another controller which is a proper ecu controlled unit that just requires feeds to brake lights and handbrake for saftey.......
