Hi All,
Sadly my MK1 Escort Mexico replica has died.
It had a little 1300 engine in which has dropped a piston.
I know its an ideal time to replace with maybe a 2l pinto.
Is there anyone or anywhere in East Sussex that could supply and fit an engine and gearbox I am not a mechanic.
What sort of cost would this be?
Really want to get this on the road again as the car was a surprise wedding present from my wife!!!!
