1.8 and 2.0ltr Zetecs are different to the smaller capacity ones, inlet and outlet are on the opposite side.
There's a guy who's turbo'd his 1.6 and is pushing just shy of 200bhp reliably..

200BHP is easily achieveable with a 1.6 Zetec, you could get that N/A.
I'm hopefully going to boost my Hillman Imp 875cc and i've seen 150BHP out of them.
