To fit a zetec into a mk4, or 5 you need the following

Zetec lump
1.8 sump and water pump
Renault 5 oil filter
Escort gti clocks or rs/ xr 1800
So or Ho inlet
1.8 exhaust manifold
Bay loom and ecu from either a desk/ dewy ecud non pats mondeo
Or a non pats rs 1800 or 130 ps escort xr
Then you need either a sport ka or mk4 desiel gear box and a cvh modified engine mount.

Run the engone loom seperate to car loom retaining the stadard ecu
