On your car a major is due every 3rd year so i would also change air,fuel filters and plugs chuck a fuel treatment in and get it retested you might be surprised the difference it makes this way you not spending big bucks.consider the zx1 oil additive as well mate its only about £18 from halfords and will make a difference.
