Similarly when the temp gets too high the pressure drops so if it goes above 120 C I would slow down. Turbo cooler is like a radiator for the turbo as S2 turbos are water fed for cooling. I have one fitted but not sure it makes that much difference.
i was just wondering was there any need for it, even on the hottest days here i've never had an issue with water temp, only issue was with heat soak on my old interwarmer, put an airtec fmic in there recently so hoping that issue is sorted. i usually bring the car in few a cool down after 15-20 miles on the track
