I just bought a 2006 Mondeo ST tdci and went to my local Ford dealer to get some prices

All fitted prices including VAT

Reverse Parking sensors: £371.64 (includes 2.5hr labour at £225)
Spare Remote/Key/Cutting charge: £185.63 (includes 1hr at labour £90)
ST red stitching gear knob: £47.17 (they said they would bypass the labour on this, lucky me!)

Is this seriously how much Ford charge, I do not know much about cars but are they any recommended places in Suffolk/Norfolk that could do the parking sensors any cheaper, and where can I find a new gear knob (with the red numbers and red stitching? thx
