Normal Aeroquip hose and fittings have a working pressure rating of 1000psi and a burst pressure of 6000psi so not ideal to use and not recommended although people do and have used it on pas systems without problems,

The only re usable hose and fittings that are rated high enough is earls power steering fittings and hose which has been designed specifically for this application

Only other option is fully swaged hoses from the likes of Pirtek's
