them gt28r are good. but get the gt25 if you aint going to go over 280bhp that will have hardly and lag and make good power.. if over then get the gt28 so later you can put more power
The GT2560R is also known as the GT28R, as fitted to Nissan S15's, but yeah should spool up nicely and flow well too!
