My 250 engine was standard comp ratio, STD new mahles on STD rods
Nick waples ported head and a cam STD manifolds (efi in) with 55trim t3.48 22psi
252bhp @ 6000rpm
My new one has a slightly reworked head, our own inlet new cam and more boost
Oh obv steel rods and forged pistons
26psi made 303bhp @ 6000rpm and 285 iirc at 6500rpm
It flies in my car really happy with it

the old engine was good too though
