bloody hell, thanks for all the replys

Im quite lucky, where i work we have a workshop and i have access to a lathe and mill, im normally a office boy so I actually made the adaptor plate at work, the bit of ally was about £80, and few lunch hours learning how to use the lathe

I was thinking about using the volvo t5 gearbox but the cosworth t5 can handle more power and it came up at a reasonable price.

The bellhousing is from a volvo 960 auto gearbox, and Im using a hydraulic clutch kit, the type that goes inside the bellhousing,

The car is still a long way off being finished, hoping towards the end of there year, will post the progress as i go but only get to spend weekends on it, once again thanks for the comments
