In some ways I agree. Often it's just cheaper and easier from England though. And does anywhere local offer hard anodising easily ?
Plain colour is easy. And I can get hard anodising done via a "friend" although it can take time.
It's just easier if there is a one stop shop to take care of everything who are familiar with materials required etc
Although in my travels, Im amazed at the amount of places here operating big CNC operations. Most revolve around making parts for the aircraft industry
