thanks a lot vaughant and slymwinn! i have learned that you can disable/bypass the PATS system by the use of a certain software which is being used by hi-tech car locksmith.it's playing in my mind to put a biometric scanner(which comes from my hp junk laptop) as part of the starting system. so anybody can help disabling the PATS system?thanks
