yes you can but you need about 8/10k .... all steel bottom end, big valve ported head, custom engine management bit manifold with something like a gt28 or gt30, big inlet, and all the little bits to go with.

along with gearbox,brakes,suspension, shell making sure thats upto scratch....

best of going for 250bhp as it will be a 3rd of that.......

stage3 big valve , cam, management, bottom end freshen up, clutch and rad and intercooler and a nice reather kit should get you there....

and 1600cvhs have seen 350/360bhp but cost the earth to build.....

unless your karl and the guys above they are the best with them realy and could do the set up ith thier eyes closed
