I was just looking for cvh expert opinions.
I will leave it alone then.

The stud kit is overkill I guess. But I have always used stud kits in all my performance engines. I don't really see the point in re-using 25 year old fasteners.
The studs do a better job of holding the bottom end together.
Factory bolts are certainly capable - I just like the added safety margin for the 88mm long stroke crank at 7000 rpm.
