paul i know where is said but i was asking has the government scrapped it ?

i have a clean licence and wanna keep it that way just fucking annoyed i wasnt technically speeding as such just fucked up on the tunnel i was entering,,,,,,, not long before that i was proper speeding which if i got caught would have seemed fair, ah well ive had a clean licence for 7 years now so bound to get a few points i guess
