2500k for 20 minutes.
Spoke to my tuner the other day about this as i'm fitting a cam in a few weeks. He said that camshafts don't come completely smooth from the manufacturer so you need to smooth off the lobes by running them at a constant rpm for around 20 minutes. (or two lots of 10 minutes depending on your cvh's temps! lol)

Also make sure your oil levels are topped up.
