i would get the car properly pressure washed/steam cleaned underneath with an industrial washer not a car wash type and then go from there so long as the car is sound underneath i would re stonegaurd any places where it has been removed/loosened then just apply the waxoil, as mentioned above do the floor, chassis legs, inside doors and rear quarters etc its well worth it mate
