Basically as above, but shop around a LOT for prices of doing the cut outs in the pistons, my prices varied from £45 to £172.80, for the exact same work.
The cut outs take so little CR wise from the engine I wouldn't worry about it, get it mapped on the rollers with a decent ecu/mapper and a huge amount of lag can be eliminated anyway, my CR is around 8.4:1 now to try and lose lag.
