I don't know what roads you know where someone could sit at "sub 50 mph" for 400 miles, do you, with no junctions, roundabouts other traffic etc etc.
You're deluded if you think 200 is good, on my GGR chip I used to get around 280-300 to a tank, as opposite lock how I drive, it isn't sedately I didn't buy the car for that.
My dads xr4i(TVR V8 4L) can do 32mpg on a run but averages 26-28mpg, and that's on carbs, good old SU's!!

Guess it depends what you want really mines on autronics mapped by mark sheed not good on fuel but i only wanted one thing as fast as it could be lol dident tune it to brag about mpg!
