i rang the help number at 10pm, as it is listed as the help number with no limit of when to call or not to call, and knowing the site is so big presumed i wouldnt get through to a man and wife outfit that run the site from home, i can 100% appologise for that but surely there should be times listed when and when not to call, and its an 0845 type of number you dont think it will be a couple at home with their slippers on watching embarrasing bodies or waiting for their turn on the key basket?? yet if i had of recieved the email as listed in thier rules i would not have rang the number.
