one of my local scrap yards is counter service only, another scrap yard is staff or trade customers only to remove parts, due to insurance, and another prefers you to remove the part unless it's something large/heavy, then they might charge extra for this service
teh one i go to you just go in, remove wwhatever you want. from a complete engine, to just a relay. theres no help or tools
