cars a 1400 28/32 dft carb cvh, with bosch dizzy.. looking at the module its covered in gunge so it may have a shortened life span.. also would that effect not having spark from the king lead on cranking or is that more of a coil issue?

With it all connected there's no spark, either at plug ends or from rotar arm to points so im guessing its module..
